On Sunday went for an easy 10K run and looped back to the local coffee shop and met my girlfriend for a brew. She's been training for the Weekend to End Breast
Cancer walk in September. This is a 60Km walk that takes place over an entire weekend. It was nice to walk the remaining distance home at a nice easy pace. Good recovery and great conversation. It's always nice to have a spouse support your outside activities and understand the importance of such.I decided to take it easy on Monday and prepare for the week. Tuesday I have a run schedule in the evening with some friends which probably will include some speedwork. I will also plan to visit the gym once again and work on my upper body.
